Third speech / the best man. It is to be funny, light hearted, make a few jokes and tell a story on the groom. Everyone present on this special day would be thanked, and best wishes would be given to the newly wedded couple for their every happiness in the future. He may want to read any cards and speak on behalf of people who are absent. Then he would announce the cutting of the wedding cake.
